Dr. Jeff Jochems currently serves Ozarks Technical Community College as President of the OTC Richwood Valley and Table Rock Campuses. Previously, Dr. Jochems has served the college as the Assistant Vice President for Administrative Services, Dean of Student Services, Dean of Student Development, Assistant Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid, and Director of Financial Aid.Dr. Jochems has also taught classes through OTC Online, and is an adjunct instructor in the Higher Education doctoral program offered at the OTC Springfield Campus through Lindenwood University.
Throughout his career, Dr. Jochems has been involved in a variety of community service organizations. He currently serves on the board of the Ozark, Mo., Chamber of Commerce and the Christian County Economic Development Committee’s Executive Team, and is a member of the Taney County Economic Development Partnership and Ozark Rotary. His past involvement includes the Partnership for Sustainability Committee, the Ozark Public Schools Master Plan Task Force, the Central Street Recycling Coalition, the A+ Advisory Committees of Central High School and Ozark High School, and the board of the Missouri Association of Student Financial Aid Personnel. He was a founding member of the State of Missouri Loan Default Committee, and is a past president of the American Legion Baseball Board.
A resident of Ozark, Mo., Dr. Jochems holds an associate degree in business from Pratt Community College, a bachelor’s degree in management from Washburn University, a master’s in higher education student personnel from the University of Kansas, and an Ed.D. in higher education leadership from the University of Arkansas. Dr. Jochems is married to Deborah, an instructor at Cox College, and has three children, Kalene, Kyle, and Kortney.
