DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION

The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) supports the college mission of transforming lives and strengthening communities by facilitating an equity-minded culture that values the inclusion of diversity, access, belonging, and success for all members of the college community. As OTC continues to embrace inclusion and seek progress, the culture of OTCCares is enriched for all.

The Office of DEI helps prepare OTC students to be leaders in a diverse and global community through an analytical approach to education and professional development, collaboration and partnership, and multicultural experiences and outreach. The office also provides support for student organizations such as Mosaic and SAAB. We offer a variety of practical resources to help provide educational opportunities and are available for class visits, event participation and presentations.
