Over the past few months, OTC has sought community and student input for our new strategic plan. Between surveys, event booths, listening sessions and focus groups, OTC has heard from thousands of community residents and students.

The results of this community and student feedback can be found at this link. It is located on the Intranet site so you will need to login with your OTC username (no “@otc.edu”) and password. We encourage you to review the results as they are generally very positive but also provide constructive feedback for continued improvement.

For the next stage of the planning process we need your input as an OTC employee so we can use this feedback to build on our strengths and address our areas of weakness. There is a link to the virtual Think Tank for all employees on the Intranet site (see link above) that will remain open through October 5, 2017.
