OTC Springfield Campus is located in the college district at the intersection of Chestnut Expressway and National Avenue.
OTC’s inaugural campus was established in the spring of 1990 when area residents voted for the creation of a community technical college.
It continues to serve as the flagship campus, housing the Chancellor’s Office and enrolling the most students of any OTC location. Our campus has a hard-earned reputation for providing students from Springfield and its surrounding communities with quality education at a competitive price.
OTC Richwood Valley Campus IS located between Ozark and Nixa, MO on Highway 14. The campus opened in the spring of 2007 to help OTC better serve the people of Christian County and its surrounding communities.

The campus brings affordable higher education to southwest Missouri’s rural communities while still maintaining the quality Ozarks residents have come to expect from the OTC system. Classes began in 2011, and the Center has continued to expand its programs in the years since.
The OTC Republic Center boasts a diverse catalog of academic programs, spanning the social sciences, liberal arts and health sciences.
The center features programs from several departments across OTC’s General Education Division. College leaders work with local employers to ensure our programs are up-to-date and training students that will meet market demands after graduation.
