3.03 – Sexual Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training
A. Purpose
To promote a work and educational environment free from sexual harassment and discrimination.
B. Policy
The college will provide a sexual harassment and discrimination prevention training program that new and current employees are required to complete.
C. Procedures
New employees will be given two weeks to complete the training.
The Office of Human Resources will notify current employees annually to complete the training. Current employees are given 30 days from the receipt of the notice to complete the training.
Failure to complete the training will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

This policy and these procedures are maintained under the authority of the executive vice chancellor for administrative services.
