OTC includes all the policies of the Board of Trustees of the Ozarks Technical Community College in this manual forward. We define responsibilities with respect to Board officers, administrative personnel, faculty and staff members.
We cannot include all legal provisions relating to the junior college district. However, we either duplicate those provisions of particular pertinence or note them by code reference number.
OTC will distribute subsequent additions or modifications to the manual in such form to include them on the college’s website and within a loose-leaf binder. All information included within the manual will remain in force unless superseded by Board action.
All other handbooks and manuals for distribution to faculty and staff members, students, advisory committees, etc., must be in accordance with this basic manual. OTC will make this official manual available for examination on the college’s website and in the administrative offices of the college.
