OTC affirms that innovation at every level creates a culture of excellence, improves opportunities for students, and enriches our OTC Cares culture. The event encourages, recognizes and rewards those who make exceptional contributions to innovation at the college.
Win up to $10,000 to bring your innovative idea to life with a Game Changer Grant. Finalists will present to the college and live voting for the winners will take place at Innovation Celebration. Applications are due December 20, 2023.
Win up to $1,000 to implement a targeted solution to promote student success. Applications are due December 20, 2023 and winners will be announced at Innovation Celebration.
Nominate a colleague who has made an innovative impact by strategically employing the OTC Cares decision-making model in their work. Trailblazer Award nominations are due November 17, 2023 and winners will be announced at Innovation Celebration.
