OTC believes innovation from faculty and staff creates a culture of excellence and improves opportunities for our students. The OTC Innovation Celebration recognizes and rewards OTC employees, programs and departments that make exceptional contributions to innovation at the college.
The Game Changer Grants and Student Success Mini-Grants award significant funding to proposals that advance the college’s Strategic Plan. The audience votes for their favorite Game Changer Grant proposals in real-time and winners are awarded live.
The Trailblazer Awards, which acknowledge distinguished employees who contribute to OTC’s innovative culture, are also awarded. Like the Game Changer Grants, winners are chosen by a vote of the college community.
Do you have an innovative idea? Win up to $10,000 to bring it to life with a Game Changer Grant. Finalists will present to the college and live voting for the winners will take place at Innovation Celebration. Applications are due Jan. 14, 2022
