Ms. Bacon serves as Chief of Staff and Executive Director of the OTC Foundation. As Chief of Staff, she acts as a strategic advisor to the Chancellor and ensures the college’s priorities are being successfully implemented. She also oversees the Advancement division of the college including Marketing and Communications, Public Relations and Web Services. As Executive Director, she oversees the foundation’s fundraising efforts and overall operations.
Ms. Bacon previously served the college as Development Director of the OTC Foundation. In this role, she was responsible for fostering donor relationships and implementing fundraising initiatives. Before joining the foundation, she worked for the college’s Student Affairs department as an academic advisor.
An alumna of the college, Ms. Bacon earned an Associate of Arts from OTC. She also earned a Bachelor of Science from Missouri State University and a Master of Arts from Lindenwood University.
Ms. Bacon is a dynamic community leader. She currently serves on the CoxHealth Young Professionals Council and is an active member of The Network, the Missouri Community College Association and Sunrise Rotary. She is also a graduate of Leadership Springfield Class 37.
