Public Information Request

As indicated in Revised Missouri Statute (RSMo) Chapter 610, any individual is allowed to make a public information request.

To make a public information request from Ozarks Technical Community College, begin by completing OTC’s Request for Public Information form. Send the completed request form to the college’s Custodian of Records as indicated on the form. Individuals requesting information should include sufficient description and detail about the request to enable college personnel to accurately identify and locate the information requested. All requests will be evaluated and responded to in accordance with RSMo 610.023 and OTC’s policy 6.40 – Public Information Requests.

As authorized by RSMo 610.026 and per OTC policy 6.40 – Public Information Requests, there may be fees associated with a public information request (i.e. copy fees, research/setup fees at employee’s rate of pay/benefits, shipping fees, etc.).
